Change of Mind & Sizing Returns
Please choose carefully and double-check size guides prior to purchase. Ordering the wrong size or changing your mind does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund under Australian Consumer Law. 

However, we want you to love your fit! We offer store credits or size exchanges for wrong sizes or change-of-mind purchases, subject to the following conditions:

Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Change-of-mind and size exchanges are not available on sale or clearance items.

Faulty Items
If an item you purchased has a major failure (e.g., faulty or damaged), you are entitled to either a full refund or replacement. Please send through a photo of the fault/damage to contact@officialvintage.com.

If the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. 

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods.
