We are a family run vintage clothing online retailer importing quality second-hand branded gear you know & love from around the world predominantly America, Europe and Asia. We have top suppliers which provide great brands, exceptional quality & some of the most hard to find vintage clothing available at competitive prices.
Is the clothing listed in good condition?
All Official Vintage clothing is checked thoroughly before being advertised on our site. Every item has been either washed,pressed or dry cleaned before being sent out to you our customers. We maintain very high standards so we do not sell items which are fake, If the vintage item is marked, has a hole or tear in it or has tags missing Official Vintage will be advertised in the description with photos attached. As these clothes are second hand they will not all be perfect but we think this adds to the character of the garment.

When does new stock get advertised on Official Vintage?
There is no particular day we advertise new stock online, as our suppliers are sending new gear constantly, It's best to keep up to date by following us on Instagram OfficialVintageClothing, sign up & register on our site or checkout our new arrivals page daily.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped out by 4.00pm AEST daily Monday to Friday if within Australia you should receive your order within 1-7 working days, Tracking number will be provided with all orders.

How can I pay?
We have made it as stress free as possible to complete your purchase all payments are made through Official Vintage secure website. We accept all major credit cards, don’t have a credit card no worries we also accept Paypal.
What if I buy more than one item, will they be shipped together.
Definitely!!! All orders are sent from our main warehouse so combining postage isn’t a problem we want you to get your fresh vintage clothes ASAP and cost affectively. Remember this can only be done if items are purchased on the same day and before 3.30pm AEST.
Can I cancel or change my order I’ve just placed?
Unfortunately as our store is totally automated we can not make changes once order is confirmed. It’s best to email ASAP in most cases we can stop the order from being sent if item hasn’t been shipped yet we will do our best to help you out.
 Can I return my order?
Yes of course, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving order. Goods will need to be sent back to official vintage within 7 days to receive an online store credit for amount of garment. A refund will only be offered if the product you purchase is faulty. We do not refund freight costs or additional costs incurred by returning the item. Items must be in original condition eg: tags, labels intact and not worn.
