Who is Official Vintage?
Established in 2017, we are a vintage clothing online retailer importing quality 80's and 90's street wear brands you know and love from around the world. We work with some of the top vendors across America, Europe and Asia in sourcing great brands, exceptional quality and some of the most hard to find vintage clothing available at competitive prices.
Is the clothing listed in good condition?
All Official Vintage clothing is checked, cleaned and steamed prior to being uploaded to the Official Vintage website however Vintage items may show some signs of wear or fade due to age but anything visible such as stains or holes will be noted in Bold highlight on the product description, there will be instances where we may have missed noting these defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item if this is the case.
As these clothes are second hand they will not all be perfect but we think this adds to the character of the garment.
When does new stock get advertised on Official Vintage?
We drop new stock every day @ 7pm AEST. As all of our pieces are unique one off handpicked pieces its best to get in quick.

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are packed and shipped by 3.30pm AEST Monday to Friday, orders after 3.30pm will be sent the following day. We ship all orders via Australia Post, Couriers Please, Star Track Couriers please refer to their delivery timetable.
How can I pay?
We have made it as stress free as possible to complete your purchase, all payments are made through Official Vintage secure website. We accept all major credit cards, don’t have a credit card no worries we also accept Paypal. Or use Afterpay, Zip pay & Latitudepay to process your order.
Can I cancel or change my order I’ve just placed?
In most cases we can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been packed and shipped. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org asap to advise of any changes or request cancellation.
Can I return my order?
Yes of course, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving order. Items will need to be sent back to official vintage within 14 days to receive an online store credit for amount of the item. A refund will only be offered if the product you purchase is faulty. We do not refund freight costs or additional costs incurred by returning the item. Items must be in original condition e.g: tags, labels intact and not worn.
My parcel say's it has been delivered but I haven't received it?
Always check the tracking number we have provided & check on the freight company website directly. If parcel is sent by Australia Post in most cases if no one is home they will take it to your local post office for you to pick up. If orders are lost in transit we do not provide refunds or store credits.
If you want package to be insured just place your order as normal & email email@example.com we can quote extra insurance cost.
What are our store hours?
Saturday & Sunday 11am - 4pm
Due to Covid 19 - Our store is currently closed & will reopen when Government declare when it is safe to do so.
Our online store is business as usual & orders are shipped daily.
